My Self

Goal
I do not care if it held only a preschool teacher, but I still want to achieve success in this field. I have to finish what I've started. I want to be a successful in providing knowledge to my students. Besides, I want to be a child who is able to support my family someday.

Philosophy

In my personal philosophy, I belief that a good teacher can impact on students in terms of personality and consequently lead to changes in behavior to students. Therefore, it is responsibility for the teacher to create and change student behavior in the desired direction. A teacher who has a positive personality is more feasible to apply the values in students. Teacher’s personalities such as courteous, friendly and approachable will be liked by students. If teachers use polite language, student will take practice and use it themselves. To provide a positive example to the students, a teacher will always well dressed, attractive, and clean. This allows teachers seem interesting to see every day. Emotional vitality left a deep impression in all aspects of life including health and social aspects. In the workplace, emotional fitness is an important element for creating a productive working condition. An admirable teacher should have controlled emotions in any situation. For example, the teacher can control anger by not producing harsh words when students make mistakes
